Is there a fee for creating a bet?
Yes, creating a bet has a 1XRP fee. This is unrelated to the wager and is a flat cost.
Are fees returned when I cancel a bet?
The fee for the bet creation will not be returned if a bet is cancelled. The paid wager will be returned.
